Current stage 1 / 6
Search the Apple App Store
Open App Store on the device and look for a player compatible with your supplied setup format.
Mobile setup guide
Start with playback on your mobile device, then check AirPlay or Cast where your equipment supports it.

Choose the right guide
Use the iPhone and iPad section for Apple mobile devices, or the Android section for phones and tablets using Google Play Store. Player listings and casting options can differ with software version and region.
Guided walkthrough
Move through the overview at your own pace, then use the detailed instructions below for your device.

Current stage 1 / 6
Open App Store on the device and look for a player compatible with your supplied setup format.
Choose your device
Follow the instructions for the operating system on your mobile device.
Device instructions
Open App Store on the device and look for a player compatible with your supplied setup format.
Check the publisher, supported input types and current availability. Complete installation from the store.
Find the app's new-account or remote-playlist option and copy the supplied fields into their matching locations.
Wait for the channel import, select an entry and check sound and playback controls on the iPhone or iPad.
Put the sender and receiver on the same network and use the supported AirPlay control. If no suitable receiver appears, continue with local playback while checking compatibility.
Device instructions
Search the device's Play Store for an app accepting the account format in your setup message.
Check its publisher and permissions, then use the store installation process.
Open the matching account or playlist screen, review each copied value and save the profile.
Keep the app visible while it loads, then test an entry and return to its list.
Connect the mobile device and receiver to the same network. Use Cast only if the app and receiver support the same method, and confirm the result on the receiving screen.
Playback checkpoint
Try these playback checks after loading your account. They help separate a setup issue from a single unavailable channel.
Verify that the saved profile loads its list on the phone or tablet.
Check local picture and sound before involving another screen.
For a supported casting test, confirm the receiver and stop playback from the player when you finish.
Common problems
Choose the symptom closest to yours and make one change at a time. If you still need help, send Support the device model, player name and error text, keeping account details private.
Compare the selected setup format with the message. Copy the values again carefully and keep them hidden in any screenshots sent for help.
Keep the app in the foreground on a working connection. Restart it once, refresh the saved profile and check storage if it closes unexpectedly.
Switch to Wi-Fi when appropriate and review any quality controls the player offers. If playback also pauses, compare another entry and pause competing downloads.
Check that both devices use the same network and support the same casting method. A phone and television being online does not guarantee casting compatibility.
Install the current official app update, restart the device and review storage. Keep your setup message before reinstalling or clearing account data.
Open the app again and use its Stop control. Then close it through the normal app switcher if necessary.
Device questions
A successful local test helps distinguish an account or player problem from a casting problem. Add the receiver after the mobile device is working.
Both use the supplied account information, but their stores, app interfaces and casting controls differ. Choose the section for your own operating system.
From questions to viewing
A trial gives you one connection for evaluating playback. Choose a paid duration and stream count when you know what you need, and use the account information supplied after acceptance.
