To send a contact message, provide your name, email address, subject and message, and acknowledge the privacy information. Trial requests also identify your region and intended device. Subscription requests include the duration and connection count. You may add relevant setup context in an optional message.
Limited technical details, including submission time, may be processed to protect the forms and help prevent misuse.
Why information is used
We use the details you submit to assess and answer your enquiry, trial or subscription request, and to help with setup or account questions. Your selected plan and device give us the context needed for an appropriate response.
The form information is not collected for advertising profiles. Keep passwords, complete playlist addresses and unrelated sensitive details out of your message.
