A guide to your viewing interests

Start with the event you want to watch

For sport, the useful question is specific: which event, on which feed, at what time? Use the channel examples below to prepare that request before an important fixture approaches.

Names to add to your shortlist

Keep the full sports channel name

The examples include ESPN and ESPN2 in the US, numbered TSN feeds in Canada, TNT Sports 1 in the UK and SuperSport names in South Africa. A network family can contain several entries, so retain any number and country label when contacting Support. Include the event date and your time zone as well. The US, Canada and UK guides help place those names in context.

Verify the fixture separately from the channel

A listed sports name does not establish coverage of a league, match or replay. Ask Support to check your exact request and test the current feed on your intended device ahead of time. Successful trial playback cannot guarantee future availability or uninterrupted viewing during an event.

Connect your viewing choices

Prepare the screen before the fixture

Follow the guide for your device and check connection options if other people will watch different channels at the same time.
