Subscription and trial requests
Sending a form asks us to review a request; it does not confirm creation of an account. After the information has been checked, the next steps are communicated through a confirmed contact channel.
All displayed prices are in US dollars. Your selected duration and simultaneous connection count determine the request price. A subscription is not activated simply by submitting the form.
Account responsibility
Protect your passwords, account fields and playlist details, and enter them only on devices under your control. When using a third-party player, you are responsible for the information you supply to it and for checking its publisher and requested permissions.
Simultaneous connection limits
Each connection permits one active stream at a time. Installing compatible players on several devices does not increase that limit. Keep the number of devices playing together within the connection count selected for your plan.
Acceptable account use
Account access must stay with its intended users. You must not disrupt the website or service, probe its security, send automated abusive requests or harm other users or infrastructure. Reselling access requires a separate written arrangement.
Service conditions and interruptions
Playback and access depend on factors including your network, device, player, programme schedules, maintenance and source availability. Interruptions are possible. The public directory helps with discovery and is not a guarantee that every example is always available.
Plan, pricing, and term changes
These terms, as well as plans, prices and features, may be updated. New requests are governed by the information currently published on the website. Material updates should appear on this page with a revised effective date.
These conditions do not seek to restrict rights you may have under applicable law.
Support, cancellation, and refunds
For support, contact contact@iptvprovider.live or use the Contact page. The account and service circumstances used to review cancellation and refund requests are explained on the Refund and Cancellation page.
